Pretty simple to use and navigate, plus the customer service was very helpful when I had a small hiccup with the buttons not showing up.

Freundlicher, hilfreicher Kundenservice und bis jetzt gut funktionierende App! Manche Einstellungen im e-Mail-Template sind etwas tricky und manche nicht intuitiv zu finden – aber alles in allem gut zu bedienen.

The app is helping us with our pre-ordered products. It organizes everything and its very easy and simple to use. Support team is very fast and responsive as well.

I tried a few apps with no avail and when we tried this one, it worked immediately. It's intuitive, easy to use, and actually works. I had to reach out to their team for a few questions and they responded quick and resolved my problem. I recommend!

Excellent add-on for our store. I wasn't sure how much benefit we'd gain but the reporting tool is a real opener. Absolutely worth it. The team have been on hand to tweak button positions and colours too when needed. Very happy with the product and the speedy support. Thank you!

So far, this app is excellent. Good admin UI to customize it, good UX on the controls, reasonable pricing with good starter plan, and they've shown to be VERY responsive to messages with any help I needed.

Very good preorder app - allowed us to keep receiving orders during our stock outage and stopped customers complaining.

Just pushed our first preorder live and it was seamless from set up to publishing. Plus I had a last minute question before going live on a Sunday night and they responded to my chat within minutes.

Fantastic product, works really well and when we wanted to be sure everything was set up properly with our Klaviyo integration, the support team was fantastic. Responsive and knowledgeable, can't ask for more!
