We just launched our first pre-orders, but so far it look like it works great. The customer service has been quick and able to make any edits needed. Happy so far!

I have products out of stock online and needed a pre-order button. I was a bit confused but the support message button helped so so much! Made it very simple and helped me get it all set up within less than 10 minutes. Thanks so much!

Very helpful customer service and pretty easy to understand and use. The one negative point I have as of now, is that you can not fully customize the pre-order confirmation emails, which they hopefully will add soon.
