I'm extremely impressed with the onboarding of this app. In particular, Shashi was probably the most helpful and friendly support representative I've spoken with in a very long time. He provided detailed answers to my questions, with screenshots, understood our needs perfectly, and provided high quality help in a fast time. Extremely impressed. And the app is designed in a very clean, organized, and intuitive way. Shashi helped get the Preorder functionality perfectly into my store for my use case, and I'm really excited to use it!

It's really easy to customize and I had no trouble setting it up. If you're looking for an app that's simple to configure, I definitely recommend this one.

I wish it had a limit of preorders per month for the free plan not total.

So far so good. Set up took only a few minutes and was very easy. The bar for notify me when back in stock was horizontal and I thought it might be missed by my customers. Asked support in chat to change the location of the button and it was seriously adjusted in a few seconds. Will the back end work long term, only time will tell - but I really hope it will work and I can set this and forget it and keep sending them a small monthly fee.
