I have enjoyed using the Stoq app for Shopify since I installed it two days ago. Tonight, I received some extra help from a Stoq staff member named Shashi, who was extremely helpful and very cordial. I am really pleased with the app and with their customer service. After working with Shashi, I feel like I made the right choice to order Stoq when looking for a pre-order plugin. Thank you Stoq!

Very impressed, great online support to help guide us through setting it up on our store. A 5-minute live chat was enough to get us onboard and working.... We have carried out a test and everything is working as we hoped for. We are sure this app will give us the best chance of increasing our pre-orders and also improving the customers experience too. I've only just installed this, but it seems amazing: super easy set-up and when I needed to change the location of the "Notify me" button, it was done within MINUTES! Incredible! Hopefully this app will help me grow my little store, at least the beginning is super promising. UPDATE! I had to come back and add to this initial review. I've had the app installed for a weekend now and I am BLOWN AWAY by how incredibly useful it is: I have received numerous "notify me when back in stock" alert sign-ups from customers, allowing me to see which products people truly want to buy AND I have successfully launched my first pre-order offer and received several pre-orders through it! This is probably the most useful app I have yet installed and it was incredibly easy to set up. So definitely a ten out of ten!

Really good support willing to help on css FE customisation.... They always respond within a few minutes. The app seems solid so far. We are testing it and will deploy on our stores next week if everything ok.

Easy to use and works well. Be careful when using with the SparkLayer B2B app. It might not work for B2B customers

Unfortunately, preorders is not compatible with B2B and this is a limitation by Shopify. I have used Shopify apps for over seven years now, and none of them has offered the level of support these guys provide. Also, the app is brilliant, very easy to use, and looks great!!! Keep up the good work, guys.

I am currently setting up my shop & wanted an option for customers to request out of stock items. It has been easy to customize the settings for the form & emails to match my brand. Shashi was very helpful and quick to help reposition the "notify me" button to where I wanted it to appear on my item listing.
