Excellent customer service:). Not a ton of experience w pre order yet but found that app to be very user friendly and the customer service was very responsive!

Great support from Nagaraj! He helped me set up back-in-stock alerts and preorders seamlessly. I had an issue where preorders conflicted with my ‘buy X, get Y’ discount, and Nagaraj quickly identified the problem using the Shopify support page. Super helpful and knowledgeable – highly recommend!

Really good app. Great interface and has all the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. Support has been top notch too. Got to my issues immediately and help me customized the features very quickly.

Very easy integration and onboarding. Helpful and prompt support team for customisation requests etc. Very useful for small brands looking for intuitive add ons to your website.

App installation was fairly straight forward, however I needed assistance installing the embedded form on the product pages, so I contacted the support team. Within minutes Nagaraj responded and quickly installed the embedded forms on the pages that I required them. Great customer support!
