Seriously, this is the best new app install experience I've had. Keep up the great work.
This review is regarding the Customer Support associate Khuteja who supported me with 3 different aspects for the Preorders function (products wouldn't add, the translations section wouldn't reflect the preorder group, preorders disclaimer wouldn't pull delivery estimate date as per settings). She managed the communication in timely manner, provided solutions and educated me on the app. Highly appreciated!

Shashi was an absolute dream to deal with — incredibly helpful, friendly, and so quick to resolve my issue. I had some confusion around how preorder and back-in-stock alerts were displaying on our product page, and Shashi jumped in immediately with clear explanations and a fix within minutes. I'm genuinely impressed with this one since the day I installed it. the app is incredibly user friendly, simple and straightforward.
