I can't thank Sandesh and Anaam enough for their invaluable assistance setting up pre-orders in my store. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout the process. During thorough testing, I identified limitations with other apps, but Sandesh and Anaam were incredibly patient, helping me find effective solutions or workarounds for every issue. App werkt zeer gemakkelijk en de service is super! Razend snelle reactie en je word gelijk geholpen zonder dat je zelf zaken hoeft uit te zoeken. Het wordt gelijk voor je geregeld.

I have had the back in stock button installed for some time and have had no problems with it at all. I am trying out the new Pre Order button now. Customer service has always been quick to respond to any queries and any hiccups are smoothed out very quickly.

Just started using this app a few days ago for Preorders and so far, so good! Had an incredibly helpful call with Anaam from the Stoq team and she was able to answer all of my questions and get me up and running very quickly. Would recommend!

Really easy to set, up, less expensive each month than other apps offering the same service, Clean and easy to use functions, helpful team if you need a bit of help, would recommend!

I've tried other Shopify preorder apps, all of which were rather difficult to navigate, set-up and rendered no live assistance through chat or otherwise. Upon downloading Stoq, I ran into a snag and decided to give chat a try. Like most apps, I didn't expect a response especially on a Sunday morning before 9 a.m. However and to my unexpected but most delightful surprise, I received an immediate response!!! WOW! That alone spoke EXCELLENCE in Customer Service. The snag I ran into was my user error and I found Stoq not only to be the most user friendly and easier to navigate than all others but additional features to assist our store such as follow-up emails to our customers and more. It is very rare to say the least that I would take the time as I have none, much less write this much, if I had not been this impressed. Stoq excelled my expectations and was exactly what I was looking for. As mentioned, to have immediate customer service at my fingertips was priceless!

Great support on this app. We highly recommend it! The only thing it needs a bit more flexibility in regards to styling options and additional features, like taking partial payments or full payments on preorders. but i hear this maybe coming. overall a very good experience !
