Used Stoq as a way for customers to be contacted when we have out of stock products coming in. Fantastic customer service. Only waited a couple of minutes for a response. Nothing was too much trouble.

After fighting with my email provider's back in stock feature for literal hours, I decided to try this app. Setup was smooth and within minutes, Adarsh helped me rearrange my buttons to be exactly how I wanted them. 10/10 - looking forward to using this app forever.

I've been using this app for back in stock notifications and they just launched a pre-order function which is super exciting! I had some issues setting it up on my page but spoke with Sneha from Customer Support and she sorted it out within 5 minutes. Great app, great service!

This app is pretty easy to use - I use for Preorders mainly - and the customer service when I need help is excellent!

So far it is very helpful to see which of our out of stock products are in-demand so we can make more informed stock decisions. We are excited to try the pre-order function with our next shipment!

I needed to set up a "Notify me when available" button on my website and was hesitant to begin...Restock Rocket was my first install and it did not disappoint. I sent an enquiry through online chat for help with setting up my button - Within minutes, Anaam responded to my needs & set up the "Notify me" button on my site, in the exact placement I wanted, AND colour matched to my theme. I was shocked - This is by far the best customer service - Professional and prompt! Thank you Anaam!!!
