I was looking for an app that would do out of stock alerts and pre order together in combination. I've only set the app up so early days in using it but it seems to be working well, Customer service ( Prarthana ) worked on a few issues I had with set up, all resolved in no time. Paid plan seems very good value also.

It is a great app, it helped our store capture customers we would have missed out on due to out-of-stock products.

Great product!! I switched from a competitor as Restock Rocket had critical features in their lower tier package like GDPR compliance which is essential to avoid getting into trouble. Other plugins make you opt for their more expensive package, which is quite reckless. Other things I like about Restock Rocket is the ability to pick and choose certain products, full customization, sending emails from our domain, Klaviyo integration, and of course amazing support! All at an affordable price tag - Thank you!

The customer support is outstanding—they respond to your request right away. The app's UI is exceptionally clean and easy to navigate. The best part is how the app seamlessly handles both preorder and back-in-stock notifications.

We've launched a pre-order product and had issues with another Shopify App that wasn't working properly with our Debutify Theme, so I reached out to Restock Rockets and they absolutely amazed us! Not only did they help us set it up, but they also fixed an issue during the setup. More importantly, their engineers fixed it during the weekend for us!
