Support lied to me on capabilities and when they presented the "evidence" to support their side, the rest of the paragraph they screenshot and sent my way, passed the highlighted portion, was in support of what I was asking, which is highlighted in their capabilities regarding emails in the payment plans. 100% do NOT recommend. Offered no support when I asked the tech to read the rest of the paragraph he sent me. Terrible.

Excellent App & Support! We've had a great experience using the Back in Stock app by Peppyduck. The setup was smooth, and the "Notify Me" feature works exactly as we wanted — both email and WhatsApp alerts are functioning perfectly. The support team was incredibly responsive and even customized the form to match our brand by removing external branding. Special thanks to Shashank for the quick and professional assistance throughout the setup. Highly recommended for any store looking to recover lost sales from out-of-stock products!

Super App bisher und mega Service. Obwohl ich tatsächlich nur den kostenlosen Plan habe, wurde mir direkt persönlich weitergeholfen beim instalieren und mein Problem innerhalb weniger Minuten gelöst. Ich war erst skeptisch mit wem (oder was) ich da chatte- aber es menschelte und war einfach nur top! Danke

The customer support is excellent. They reply super fast and they help you with customizations like button design and positioning on the product page. You can translate the button and notifications to multiple languages. The app looks like its built in to your theme. Super happy!

We have been running the app for a few weeks now with no issues. Easy setup and looks great. Tech support is great and very helpful. The only thing it doesn't have that we need is a notification email sent to us when someone requests the notify me button. That way without constantly checking in on the reports we can be notified and use that as a lead for an offline sale because we deal with large products in small quantities this would be useful to us.
