Brilliant app – and the fastest, kindest support I’ve had! The app works exactly as promised — easy to set up and customers love being able to sign up for back-in-stock alerts. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had a couple of questions and the support team got back to me immediately with helpful, clear advice. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely supportive — such a rare find. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!

Absolutely Brilliant App & Exceptional Support! I needed an app that could add a “Notify Me When Back in Stock” button and also send emails to customers once products were available again. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but after downloading it and following the instructions, I got a message from a real person offering help—amazing! I mentioned that the button was sitting too far down on my website and asked if they could point me in the right direction to move it. To my surprise, they said “No problem, I’ll do it for you.” Not only did they move the button exactly where I wanted it, but they also matched the font to my site and even rounded the corners to make it look perfect. How they did it, I have no idea—but the service was truly above and beyond. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple, effective solution with outstanding support!

This app was exactly what we needed. Simple and to the point. The customer service was incredible. The staff was able to match this app exactly to my storefront in a matter of minutes. I love how easy and hands off the whole process was. Would recommend!

This app has worked really well for our shop AND when I had an issue, I was connected to a super helpful human (thanks, Shashank!) within 5 minutes and even though the issues NOT with the app, he helped me fix it anyway! Then he went on to remove the app's branding which I did not need since I am on a paid plan. To summarize: great app, great support, and wourd totally recommend.
