He helped me track down and fix a tricky bug, guided me on how to get it resolved properly, set up my Preorder system, and even customised the button width exactly how I wanted it. The support I received was fast, friendly, and so helpful — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find this level of dedication, especially from a small team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re thinking about installing this app, don’t hesitate. This app and the team behind it are simply amazing! If it were possible, I'd add an extra star to the 5-star rating. As a school grade, I’d give a straight A+, because even a small personal adjustment was done for me. (I wanted the button above the “sold out” text, and they even suggested a little bell icon, which the support team added right away.) Um WOW. I downloaded this app fully prepared to need to call in a developer to help me get it looking right on my site. Shashank from customer service was not only a real person (not a bot) but also quickly customized the button and the email sign-up form to match my branding, and helped me make sure my email was verified. This is the new gold standard for customer support. What else can I buy from you??? ;)
