I'm a newbie to Shopify and found Peppyduck after looking at what my competitors were using. It was easy to setup, I managed it myself no problem at all. Once installed and setup I had pre-orders coming in quickly and without issue. I'm a small business with little to no budget for app's so I'm on the free version. It works well for what I need. Shashank and the team reviewed my shop and provided really useful suggestions for improvements, which they undertook at no charge. I really appreciate the proactive support of Peppyduck, hence the 5 star review.

Shashank was quick, clear, and easy to work with. He checked our DNS records, confirmed everything had been set up correctly, and explained the process in simple terms. He also suggested adding a small bell icon to the “Notify me” button, implemented it straight away, and waited for my approval before closing the task. Do not waste your time with other back-in-stock apps. Most are either overpriced or lack real customization. This app is fairly priced and offers features others don’t, like showing a notify button without forcing customers to click an out-of-stock size first. On top of that the customer service is next level.
