再入荷通知のリクエストAPPが日本ではまだ有りませんでした。こちらのAPPは安価ですぐに導入出来ます。無料プランでレイアウトの確認をしていたところ、ボタン幅の調整やボーダーの削除等が出来なかったため、APP画面の右下のチャットから質問してみました。 すると、1分ほどで直していただけました。入力内容の指示を頂くのかと思いきや、直っているのを見て驚愕しました。 まだ日本のshopifyパートナーさんは誰も紹介していないので、英語が不安な人は使いにくいかもしれませんが、難しいこと書いてないのでグーグル翻訳で頑張って使ってみてください。 日本で一番使われている他のAPPより絶対オススメです。

Oh wow, this is by far the best customer support that I have in a while. The support service is amazing, the app works great, easily to set up and I like the layout too! and all that come with such a reasonable price, but more importantly I am very impressed with the service. 5 stars , no doubt!

Needed a little help w/the install, but the response time was super fast-under 20 minutes to have everything sorted and on a weekend! You can tell they are passionate about their app, how well it works for the store owner-really very impressed with their service and the app is lovely! Happy all round. Oh, and the price is reasonable. :) Thank you!

I have just downloaded the app and had an issue with installing the code. I contacted and the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes! Very happy and will continue to explore the app.

Excellent customer service! They were so quick, polite and helpful. I definitely recommend. I downloaded three different ones that were difficult, and then I found this one. It's perfect.

This has been a popular feature on our site since we added it. I had no idea how many sales leads we were losing without notifications. I had issues inserting the code into an unpublished theme, and support had it resolved in minutes. I wasted hours before asking for help.

Works really well! I loved the price points so that's why I went with this particular app. The customer service is amazing!! Thank you so much. UPDATE: we've been using this for a few months now and it's been amazing!! It's so helpful for me to see what products customers want to have back in stock. Also, cannot praise their customer support team enough! I had questions on functionality and they always get back immediately. So helpful!

App was very expensive. Wouldn't recommend based on the price. Customer support is good and works with you.
It is very sad to see a 5 star review to be converted in 1 star. We really always try to help our customers and satisfy all their requirements. We have always responded to the emails on time and got all the work done in a timely manner. Also, we never updated our pricing structure, you subscribed for a plan and paid for that only. You have subscribed for a plan in December 2021. In our app' privacy policy we mentioned that we do not keep any customer's data once they delete our app to protect customer's data only. While deleting app you mentioned app is not worth the cost and when you install it back mentioned that accidently deleted. Also you deleted app on October 20th and installed back after 6 days on October 26th, please see this screenshot - https://nimb.ws/nihLgq You never contacted us about this matter so we could help you to fix it.

I just downloaded the app & so far extremely pleased with the results. Their support team helped me get it all setup SO quickly. The box to collect emails looks very nice on the product page!

2nd review: I suddenly could not access the app so I deleted and reinstalled. All my data was lost, but luckily after contacting the app they quickly brought everything back. Works great now! Thank you. :) 1st review: I just started using this app, and I ran into an issue. Contacted them and someone got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue. I was surprised by the prompt reply and helpfulness! So far enjoying this app.

Great app - to the point and helps you retain customers even when products are out of stock. Especially impressive is the developer support - they helped me integrate the app faster than the time it took me to get another coffee.
