Great app for notifying customers when items are back in stock. The staff are very helpful and fast at replying to emails.

I sent Zoomy an emal to help with the set up - they were very responsive and set it up within the hour. I had a few queries which they answered. I then asked for some changes so it suited our website better, these were completed again. Good communication. We are yet to try out the letting the customer know bit but a few customers have signed up already (the app has only been active for one day). Great so far!

Just added the app and customer service had it installed within minutes! So far so good, I cannot wait to use it!

The best and fastest customer service I have ever seen. I got a referral from a Shopify expert regarding this app and I just Installed the app. Since I have multiple themes, the code was not installed properly. I sent a request for help and everything was up and running in a matter of 2-3 mins!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been using this app for about a year and don't think I can live without it! I have a product line that sells out very fast and customers line up for it....the restock notification is so helpful and the email send to the customer immediately after I restock which is so helpful. I really love this app and my customers do too.

This app is great- I can easily style to fit in with my brand and it works really well with my theme. It collects email addresses for products & allows me to easily contact them ( I use a third party to send emails so my brand is consistent, but I'm sure the in-app mail system works fine too). I recently asked the developers to assist me, & got a really quick response & they were able to put in a feature for me within 24 hours. Would recommend all round!

Very useful app. Notifies our customers automatically to recover otherwise lost sales. I needed a little customization and received hep from the developer right away.

I initially wrote a much more negative review, and remain dissatisfied with the functionality of this app. That said, the responsiveness and communication of the developers is impressive, and I remain open to trying a later iteration with improved functionality.
