I had a challenge installing the code properly in my theme liquid. I sent an email and the response was swift. It was done in 24hrs. Now my store looks like my competitors whose posh product pages I admire. It's amazing! Thank you, & keep up the good work!

This app helped me a lot with their developer team work and out of stock widget installation. They did an outstanding job and I totally recommend their services. This is the best "waitlist" app out there. Super simple. Lightweight. And the customer support is AMAZING. They reply lightning fast, and will go above and beyond to implement it on any site properly so there is no need to worry.

I just installed and it looks and works pretty good. I got assistance to install it very fast! Just tested the whole process and it is working nice. I actually like the manual emails since we are a small business. I suggest that every time someone subscribe to a sold out product or variant we can be notified with any kind of alert or email to make sure we are restocking that product in demand. This app is great- I can easily style to fit in with my brand and it works really well with my theme. It collects email addresses for products & allows me to easily contact them ( I use a third party to send emails so my brand is consistent, but I'm sure the in-app mail system works fine too). I recently asked the developers to assist me, & got a really quick response & they were able to put in a feature for me within 24 hours. Would recommend all round!

Very useful app. Notifies our customers automatically to recover otherwise lost sales. I needed a little customization and received hep from the developer right away.

I initially wrote a much more negative review, and remain dissatisfied with the functionality of this app. That said, the responsiveness and communication of the developers is impressive, and I remain open to trying a later iteration with improved functionality.

I used this app to help me add a “notify me” option when an item is out of stock. The customer support was extremely prompt and they helped me get everything set up literally within minutes. THANK YOU!

Did not work on a very popular theme I use. They didn't even try to help. Just looked at the console, made an excuse about errors on the product page. Confirmed with theme developer that was BS.
Hello, We are extremely sorry the app didn't work in your store. Our developers were extremely quick to check the issue. They infact tried to make the app work in your store. After no success they conveyed this to you with a request to check with the theme developer if there was any conflict with the theme. With more than hundreds of themes on Shopify further enhanced by custom coding, sometimes there is issue of code clashing. Hence our team never edit any code present in your theme as our aim is to not break anything simply to make our app work. I hope you will consider this and reply to our email. Thank you

Oh, I see that's why you are not going to support us because we installed your app when it's free and now it's paid. You are lying to us that your app is not compatible with our theme without login in our admin panel after yesterday conversation. If you can't help people then why you are developing such apps.
1. If a app is installed when it was free, IT WILL ALWAYS remain free for that store. So your store will always get the app for free. 2. No we do not discriminate between free users and paid users. Our team worked almost 5-7 hrs to get the app working in your store. But your theme was customized a lot. 3. We had logged in to your store 2 days before and we never closed it as the issue was not resolved. Hence we didn't have to log in again. So you did not see IP update. 4. Your theme is customized a lot. And that is the reason why our app didnt work. And we mentioned you this immediately , the day you installed the app and still we worked on it for 2 days. 5. After we sincerely tried to help you, gave you constant updates still a misunderstanding happened. We are sorry for this. But we believe its not right that we did not help you because you installed our app for FREE. 6. You can check all our apps reviews. We have worked hard with every customer and made sure they are satisfied. Whether the customer installed app free or paid.
