Très bonne application, simple à prendre en main et surtout très efficace pour la gestion des stocks. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent : le tarif reste très accessible comparé à d’autres solutions du marché, sans compromis sur les fonctionnalités. Mention spéciale pour le support client : à chaque fois que nous avons rencontré un souci ou eu une question, l’équipe a été ultra réactive, disponible et efficace. Le suivi est sérieux et rassurant, ce qui fait vraiment la différence au quotidien.

Hands down one of the best apps available in the App store. I believe we've been using this app now going on nearly 10 years and it's definitely worth having. The team behind the app are always helpful and happy to assist with any queries or concerns. I can't recommend Back in Stock enough!

Excellent support by their team. I couldn’t figure out how to go from a sticky button to something that was fixed on the page, but they had it setup the way I wanted it within a few hours of me asking. Thanks again!

Was a great functional tool to use for a number of years with our business. The CX team were always quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. Whilst our business needs have progressed, resulting in the requirments of multiple warehouse locations, this platform works very well for a single warehouse business.

I can not recommend this app at all and I would stay far away from it. It is super expensive and have only functioned as it should for about one month in total - we have used it for over 1 year and it has caused us SOO much problems and the chat support is very unresponsive. A majority of the months we have used it the Back in Stock function has not worked/showed on the site. Stay away from this app - there are 10 other apps doing the same thing for a fraction of the price.

We need an application that could work with variants (S, M, L) and this one worked perfectly for our store. Customer support was proactive and very help in regards to the installation process. Great product and data collection.
