The team is very responsive, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful when issues come up, which to be honest is not often as the app is very robust. We had a situation that required using a custom domain, and they were great in working through that with us and getting it set up properly. The reporting is also excellent and gives us good visibility into product demand.
