Working with Back in Stock has been my best experience working with a Shopify app. The app is customizable and does exactly what we want. The team (Matt and James) are THE most helpful team. I highly recommend working with them again. I'd use any app they create without a second guess.

This is one of my favorite apps, I have been using it for a few years now and the support is fantastic and quick, when we changed our theme, they reinstalled the button for us on our new theme with the custom edits we asked for and it looks great! Although this app isn't cheap, I have found it definitely worth having if you have out of stock products that you will be getting back in, you can see the sales come in as soon as you get stock back in! I'm currently on the small plan for $39.00 a month.

This is a great app and their customer service is top notch. I had an issue with single option variants (because Google Shopping requires color for shoes) confusing some customers and the developer quickly updated my site to remove single option variants. I wish every app creator were this responsive/accommodating.

Great app. Installed seamlessly out of the box. Plenty of options to get the button and pop up page to match theme template colors perfectly. Had the pleasure of dealing with support (Matt is awesome!) he answered my emails fast and went a step further to modify the button to show up right below "Add to Cart/Sold Out" button within the product description. And, he did all this while I'm still on the free trial! Great service and the app is really nice.

This app is an excellent tool for helping our business assess which items customers are wanting to buy, and, in turn, giving us accurate data by which we can restock our supplies. The tool allows our customers to leave their information when an item is out of stock, and assures them of getting an instant message when that item is available again for purchase.

We've been using Back in Stock for 5+ years on 22+ Stores. This has been a valuable resource for our team to continue to remarket out of stock products back to interested customers. The customization of the buttons, email, and pop up have been a nice branding touch for our stores. The Back in Stock is a powerful little tool for restockable merchandise. Support is quick and helpful, although you probably won't need them for much as it works well right out of the box with a few customisations you can do yourself.

This app is super useful. Does what we need it to, and our buying team also benefit from seeing the demand of quantity for the products (and even from some new customers as well). Basically an easy set and forget app, that definitely gives us a quick ROI!

This is a great app for any ecommerce vendor that deals with physical inventory. Our store is TogTees (www.togtees.com) - T-shirts for the modern photographer. The main way that we use Back In Stock is the following: When we're out of stock on a particular size or color, before this app we had no way of knowing if visitors to our site wanted that or not. Now with this app, we can keep track of which sizes, colors, designs, etc are in high demand, so we can make sure to keep up with what we're short on. It's really become a big part of how we plan inventory stocking and production. One thing I would ask for is that in the notification emails (to us), telling us that new notifications have been created, if the new notifications could be displayed separately from older ones, so we don't have to log into the app every time to find out which the new ones are. When you're launching new designs a lot, this becomes really cumbersome, and this simple fix would make a big difference. Other than that, great app and very highly recommended! We've been using this app for over a year now. I love that you can just set it up and put on auto-pilot. It informs our customers seamlessly when items come back in stock, and it helps us grow our email list. I also love that you can make informed decisions about how much interest there is in restocking a product. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend!

This app is a must have! Does exactly what it's supposed to (which is make me more money!) Best thing about this app is the support, if you have any issues they are fast and friendly. We recently did a major re-design with a custom theme and needed help with the BIS integration, Matt was there every step of the way. Can't recommend enough.
