I cannot overstate the usefulness of this app for our shop. We experienced a nightmare-inducing warehouse issue congesting the movement of our inventory that started clear back in December and has continued interrupting regular shipping for us over the last 9 months. The loss of revenue has been completely maddening, but this tool helped us salvage customer interest in our products through the worst of it. The analytics show literally thousands of requests for notifications, the customization allowed us to really be open with our customers, and thanks to this app we've recovered tens of thousands of dollars in what would definitely have otherwise been lost revenue. Seriously, after looking at the numbers I've got to say that installing this app was probably the single most important marketing decision I've made in the last 9 months. Thank you Back in Stock!!

If you're manually e-mailing your customers whenever you receive new stock, you're doing it wrong. Hands off approach with a great template editor and Klaviyo (or Mail Chimp) integration to capture new e-mail subscription leads which is a bonus. Matt was great in supporting us for the install!

Since then, they have added a ton of improvements and obvious integrations that make it even more seamless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER APP! I set this up in 8 minutes, it's amazing. Everything worked out of the box...I mean everything. Highly recommend and rarely give 5 stars for anything, but I'd give this 6 if I could.

This app is top notch not only for the functionality / price spectrum, ease of use to get up and running, but also because of amazing customer support. Matt & Jack go beyond expectations and truly are helpful if a problem is to arise. We pay other software companies exponentially more money and they seem to just gloss over our issues. Our company has a unique business model where things go in/out of stock regularly and Matt was nice enough to explain what was going on and come up with a solution to a rather complex problem. This app has made all the difference for my store! When I first launched, I found myself running out of inventory fast and this app allows me to note not only how many people wanted the product but also in what sizes. I then had an instantaneous way to get in touch with those customers once the item was restocked. A win/win for me and my customer! The app is very easy to set up and use. It is incredibly simple for customers to understand how to use it. We have thousands of T-Shirts and sometimes a particular variant is out of stock but the other sizes are in stock. The app was only showing items that were out of stock for all variants. We reached out to Matt about setting up an out of stock for one size of a T-shirt. He responded incredibly fast! I sent an email at 2:09pm he responded by 2:17pm. We exchanged a few emails and by 4:37pm he had the code integrated into the site for us. AMAZING Customer support. He offered great suggestions. If you are looking for an out of stock app pay your money to Back in Stock and call it a day you will not regret it.

We just installed this app and we ran into a couple integration issues as we wanted to customize the button and the popup window. Support was very fast and unbelievably helpful. They state support within one business day but we were pleasantly surprised to find it's typically much faster. Everything has been integrated nicely now and we are off and running. It's all about customer support and these guys have nailed it. Not to mention it is a great product that does everything we needed and more.
