I decided to get this app because I have put a lot of time into migrating my shop to shopify and it will save my sanity if anything goes wrong. You don't really know how important a backup is until you need it. This app was really easy to set up. It ran in the background once I had gone through the initial start. You can choose the timing of your daily backup and you also have the option to backup before you make any major changes which is helpful when making changes to the theme code. The customer service has been excellent, prompt, and helpful.

Setup was quick and easy, and when we had a billing question, customer support was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. The user interface is clean and simple, and feels like a native feature that is already built-in to Shopify. Overall, a very good app that gives other backup services a run for their money at a competitive price. Highly recommended!

I just want to say what a life saver this app was. After weeks of setting up our Shopify store, all of our products (nearly 200) descriptions were over written connecting to our ERP. I went into panic mode. After chatting with the rep online for a few minutes, she walked me through the restore process, and BAM! after about 15 minutes, all of our products and descriptions were restored!! Thank you so much for a great product, I will be upgrading today!!

An app that gets the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner. The support and customer service are great. They have been communicating with us since day 1 and been very helpful. The dashboarding is easy and you can also set the time you want the backups to run. Highly recommend!

Very easy to install, as far as I know it works great. The middle plan allows you to be able to download a copy of the data, which would be nice to have on the basic plan.

I can rest much easier with a super simple and complete backup solution for our site. Support was preemptive with messages before we needed help, offered to schedule our nightly backup to fit our schedule, and you can't beat the price.

This app saved our life - we had one code issue and if we didn't have this app installed we wouldn't have been able to quickly fix what was happening. Customer service is on point with response and the price is right for exactly what you get.

Not had a chance to fully review this product as yet but so far so good. Surprising Shopify dont offer a backup service built in. Can do a forced back up at any time and it can be exported and imported back into the the app.

Loving the safety. Had a website crisis. Done with that. Money can buy peace of mind. So glad to find an affordable option. Only wish they could back inventory on shopify. But not complaining!

In the past I used the app to backup and restore religiously. I took it out at one point to save money, a decision I regretted deeply later, as I managed to damage my store by erasing hundreds of images using "Files" in the Shopify settings. I had to restore image by image one by one. Running a proper backup with the ability to restore is a no brainer and the app works as it should with granularity. I'm never taking the app off anymore and when I reinstalled it I got really nice service from Marina.

Backups is very simple but I like it. It's very easy to understand and it delivers on its promise very well! I'm looking forward to it adding new possible features down the road too. Their customer support is also superb! Shoutout to Marina and the tech team for being so accommodating to my needs to coming up with creative solutions for me. As for additional context, I had tried another backup app before I settled on BackupMaster.io. Very happy with my decision.
