Mergify is a really useful app for simplifying order fulfillment and cutting down on shipping costs. The ability to merge orders manually or automatically gives great flexibility, and the smart suggestions save a lot of time. I like that merged orders don’t affect inventory, taxes, or analytics, which keeps everything clean and accurate. The option to refund extra shipping and manage tracking smoothly makes it a solid choice for busy Shopify stores.

Integration with Shopify admin is smooth and inventory/analytics remain intact even after merges. Support is often quick and helpful. That said — a few stores reported bugs or confusing plan-limit changes. Worth it, but monitor carefully when you grow.

Mergify just works. Once installed, it automatically finds orders from the same customer and merges them, so we only ship one package — which saved us a ton on shipping and cut down our packaging hassle. Great for busy stores.

Mergify automatically merges orders for the same customer (or same address) into one shipment, which has dramatically cut our shipping costs and packaging waste. The “Smart Suggestions” are especially handy when orders come in separately but need to ship together.

This app works great to merge orders and when I had questions about functionality, the support team worked with me to better understand what was happening. My only desire would be for the documentation to be a little more clear, but other than that, no complaints.

Mergify has been a huge help for our store. We often get customers placing multiple orders, and this app makes it incredibly easy to combine them. The Smart Suggest list shows mergeable orders instantly , and the Automerge option handles everything automatically when the customer and address match . I love that merged orders don’t affect our inventory or sales analytics, which was a big concern before installing it . The ability to refund extra shipping and customize exactly how the new order is created is also super useful . Overall, a simple, reliable app that has reduced our shipping costs and cut down on manual work. Highly recommend!
