This software works well, customer service is responsive and problems are solved accurately and efficiently, this software can do a lot and is worth a try, but there is one thing I would like to improve, the ability to see messages from customers and reply directly, at the moment it is only an online chat function, I hope it will be added soon.

I just started using BestChat (my first try at a chat application). Super easy to setup and get going and they provide excellent customisation options for a free app. Support is top notch too, will definitely recommend it to others!

Simple live chat widget that's easy to install & customise & also link to messenger, instagram & whatsapp. Also has an automated chatbot feature. Excellent customer service. Just installed but will play around with it more.

I like this app. It has a friendly interface and many features like quick responses, prepared for you. There is also the mobile app (notifications about chat are useful for me). This is a free app and it's a pleasure to use it.

Definitely recommended for all stores. It is easily customizable, most settings can be changed, even minor things, it gives options to connect your own social media such as facebook, insta, whatsapp, if the customers are more comfortable texting there, and to top it all it is free! Too good!

The app was not only incredibly user-friendly, but it was also packed with amazing features that made my interaction with it smooth and enjoyable. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Kyrie, one of the representatives for the app. Kyrie was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also had a great sense of humor that made our interactions all the more enjoyable.
