The customer support on live chat was very helpful and responsive, however, there are still some bugs and issues in the BetterDocs & hopy improve these.

I’ve been using BetterDocs for our Shopify store, and I must say, the app has been fantastic in helping us create a seamless knowledge base for our customers. The support team, especially Nicole, has been incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step with prompt and detailed responses. Pial was my instructor for this app and he was FABULOUS!!!! He gave very thorough and clear explanations on how everything works and he was also extremely professional!!! Great Apps and Great support!! We used BetterDocs in WordPress and transfer shop to shopify. We didn't know how to transfer existing FAQ to shopify. We raised question to support and support team is responsive and very kind.
