Didn't have a field I needed to pull in a report and Claudia Aubin with their customer service team was so fast to understand what I needed and updated my report for me. Great support and great app!

Better Reports has completely upgraded the way we track our business. Super fast, super flexible, and incredibly useful. The custom reports save us tons of time and give us insights we couldn’t get anywhere else. Fantastic tool — highly recommended!

The Better Reports team is great! Any time there is a report we need that Shopify can't create, we can message the Better Reports team and they can help build the report for us. The always get back to us quickly too. Tons of great functionality / report features in the app!

Better Reports helped us take reports to the next level! We are on the shopify pro plan, which gives us access to extensive reports but we still couldn't get many reports done, so we tried Better Reports and we are so happy we found this app! The team is super responsive and helped us customize the reports to our needs. Highly recommend it.

Better Reports is worth every penny. Not only does the app help you delve deeper into your analytics in a more intuitive way than Shopify, but their customer service is absolutely top notch. They are quick to reply to every inquiry I've had and have created several custom reports for me within minutes!
