The Better Reports team is great! Any time there is a report we need that Shopify can't create, we can message the Better Reports team and they can help build the report for us. The always get back to us quickly too. Tons of great functionality / report features in the app!

Better Reports helped us take reports to the next level! The actual app is a lifesaver, given limitations of Shopify reporting. Better Reports gives you access to every single data point that exists within Shopify, and can report on it. The actual functionality of the app and building reports is very easy to use also, works much like an Excel pivot table. The only thing i struggle with sometimes are the titles of all the different value fields just because there are so many! But Customer service is absolutely next level - always a real person who is so quick to answer and who has expert level knowledge of the workings of the app. 10/10 without hesitation recommend. It changed my work-life!

We’ve been using Better Reports for over a year now, and it’s become absolutely invaluable for our data analysis. The support team responds incredibly quickly to any questions, and they’re always happy to help build or adjust even the most complicated reports. It’s allowed us to create detailed, customised reporting that simply isn’t possible within Shopify Analytics. Highly recommend, both for the quality of the reports and for the outstanding support team behind them.

Absolute Game Changer! Shopify Reporting is.... not great. This makes it amazing! Easy to use, most reports we want are out of the box and they have helped build dozens more for us, including a tricky currency conversion one for disputes. Well worth every penny!
