On day three of using the app. Still getting accustomed to it, but the customer support has been great so far. We needed a couple of unique custom reports right away and the BR team created them for us in less than 24 hrs of us contacting them.

Really pleased with the app and the support. They offered to help me with a couple of custom reports and nailed the results on the first try (and did it within 24 hours). Way better than native Shopify reporting.

This has been such a helpful app already. I had gotten frustrated trying to pull the information I needed from the default Shopify reports. Better Reports helped me get that information so quickly and easily once I downloaded it. Highly recommend.

LOVE this app. So much more clarity and data using this app. Support is friendly and replies to our requests SO FAST!!! This is a MUST have app for us.

We have been searching for this app and it's capabilities for 7 years! To be able to pull such comprehensive and flexible reports is beyond valuable to us as a small business.
