Great Reporting App. Takes a little time to figure out because the world is your oyster. You can literally track anything you want so there are a lot of fields to comb through to get exactly what you want.

Unbelievable support team and a great product. Have been brilliant in pulling together reports for me that I've been unable to get from Shopify natively. Farnaz and Claudia have been a great help. thank you.

On day three of using the app. Still getting accustomed to it, but the customer support has been great so far. We needed a couple of unique custom reports right away and the BR team created them for us in less than 24 hrs of us contacting them.

Really pleased with the app and the support. They offered to help me with a couple of custom reports and nailed the results on the first try (and did it within 24 hours). Way better than native Shopify reporting.

This has been such a helpful app already. I had gotten frustrated trying to pull the information I needed from the default Shopify reports. Better Reports helped me get that information so quickly and easily once I downloaded it. Highly recommend.
