We've been looking for a good Shopify reporting app, we have looked in to a few options and weren't happy with them. We finally found Better Reports, and it's amazing! A ton of flexibility, you just have to think of a report and it can be done in Better Reports! Also, customer service is amazing, they have helped us with setting up custom reports, creating custom measures and dimensions. They are very helpful and dedicated. Thank you Better Reports!

Carry all Shopify data you need to analyse with easy customisation of metrics and their Support Team is great when it's not easy - you can throw almost any curve ball at them. Sure, visualisations could be nicer and integrations to more data sources would be golden but hey, for the day to day data crunching

We ABSOLUTELY love Better Reports! We use it all the time and definitely a game changer for studying inventory and sales analytics. You all made an amazing product and I wish you much success reaching more stores in the future with Better Reports!

Besides some custom work that has to happen on certain reports, the app is very robust, and their support is outstanding. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

The Better Reports app is capable of giving you *much* better and more insightful information than the native Shopify options. It comes pre-configured with plenty of useful reports that you can use off the shelf and also customize to suit your particular purposes. For example not only can you see sales of a product for a period, the report can compare those sales to prior periods to show (hopefully) growth. I recommend copying the reports you want to change, and then changing the copy, so you have a backup. Personally, I have found configuring some of the reports challenging, but all the staff (*particularly Claudia) is cheerful and happy to help.

I love Better Reports! They've made getting information so much easier. And if there's not a report you need already made, you can reach out and ask them to create one for you. The turnaround is FAST and they're so friendly. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the power of this platform. When we feel that there is data we're not seeing and/or it's difficult pull, Better Reports seemed to always have a solution. The support team is extremely helpful and quick to respond. 10 out of 10!

Amazing app. I have been struggling with excel sheets since I started my business and have searched for a solution. Came across Better Reports and experimented with it and couldn't be more satisfied. Any reports you need to analyze your business is available at your fingertips and its very simple to use. The customer service is on point and they even gave me some more ideas how to better use the app. The options are limitless with what you can do with Better Reports!!! Amazing.. am very happy and now I don't have to spend hours using excel sheets... info is available at the click of a few buttons!

Such a great reporting system no integration work needed - just install and go! Any time I need anything custom the team helps me create what I need. I love how easy it is to create your own custom reports plus set up auto emails.
