The best App recommended by a Shopify advisor among others. You can see the valid support in action. This app is providing the reports we need and we should have in the first place. I needed help with a report that would display revenue with both USD and EU currencies, and their team made it within minutes for me by adding in an average exchange rate % so that we can get a better holistic few of total revenue the shop captures in multi-currency from all markets. Best support team and awesome app user experience, even for people who are not the stats guru. Very easy to use, and if you cannot use tit , they will create the reports for you. Just ask what you need. The app saves me so much time creating my 4 quarterly reports needed to report my annual revenues from all sales channels and all payment gateways. It helps me get an overview of the analytics of where the orders are coming from to be able to optimize the shop marketing strategy and target new markets. Shopify should acquire this app and make it available to all... KIMLUD.COM

I'm very new to Better Reports. What I've been provided with so far is very good and helpful with my reporting. I have a lot of categories that I need broken down and the team responds quickly and asks appropiate questions to get it right. If you cannot get detailed reporting from the system you currently use, I would recommend Better Reports for more detailed reporting. :) Liz

It's amazing being able to gather reports on any form of data we need from our store. It's allowing us to take a closer look at our customer behaviour and product variants.

Goes above and beyond Shopify's standard reporting. Customer support does an amazing job of helping setup custom reports when needed.

Very powerful reporting app. I can get way better data out of this than I can out of Shopify's reporting system. The support team is fantastic too. They can walk you through what to do, or make custom reports for you.

Legitimately the best app that exists for the Shopify ecosystem. Incredibly powerful reporting that makes it simple for any business user to access the data they need, and support that is absolutely top notch. This week alone, Better Reports helped us craft custom reporting that will a) save hours every week and b) inform everything from online merchandising to product roadmap.

Has WAY more data reporting functionality than default Shopify reports. As well, tons of customization and the best yet - need something, ask support and they'll work with you to get what you need. I had several requests for custom data and they had my reports up and running in about 20-30 minutes. Bravo...what all support SHOULD be.

I love this app! It can get a little complicated BUT any time you hit a snag just hit up their support and you’ll have an answer in 24hrs. You can get really deep in the weeds (in a good way) with this app.

We currently are using Shopify for our online sales but are interested in using Shopify to do our point of scale. From a volume pespective, this is a big jump from what we are currently doing. We were looking at different ways of getting the necessary details out for of Shopify for an upload to our accounts system. This included trying different versions of Shopify, reaching to other users of Shopify etc.. but with limited success. To cut to the chase "Better Reports" was better than expected. It pulled together the information and enabled us to schedule a daily export of the custom report we needed. But really surprised use was "Better Reports" Support and their "Complimentary report service". Increibly prompt and very helpful, all in the space of a day or 2 we had our answer. Big shout out to Claudia in their Support Team.
