BR ‑ Better Reports

I love Better Reports! They've made getting information so much easier. And if there's not a report you need already made, you can reach out and ask them to create one for you. The turnaround is FAST and they're so friendly. Highly recommend!

The responsiveness and initiative from this company is really amazing. I'm shocked and always happy the level with which they go above and beyond to help.

Such a great reporting system no integration work needed - just install and go! Any time I need anything custom the team helps me create what I need. I love how easy it is to create your own custom reports plus set up auto emails.

Great App with FANTASTIC support

A great tool to create exhaustive, custom reports for nearly any case. Support is also helpful and prompt. Highly recommend.

The most helpful and attentive customer service teams! I suck at making reports but they make it easy.

Better Reports have made so many excellent custom reports for me that helps me to work more efficiently. They are always willing to tweak them and try to figure out the best ways for me to look at information.

Great experience with the better reports team! Definitely love this service.

Amazing app - but even better support team that really helped me get set up. Claudia has been fantastic at working with me and could not recommend her or the app more!

Excellent reporting capabilities! I am now able to build reports using tags in Shopify which is very helpful.

Claudia was very helpful in creating the best report for our business. She helped after many headaches of trying to find the right report on Shopify. We're thankful!

Assistenza sempre gentile ed efficiente, app consigliata!

Claudia did a great job providing me with reports I requested. Thanks Claudia!

It's a great App with an even better team. Claudia is so helpful and will tailor a report to meet your needs. So far it has really exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Switched from another reporting app. They have a great variety of fields available to be reported on. Supported by an awesome, thoughtful, and timely customer service team to back it up. They allow you to build more complex and valuable reports.

Kind of challenging to use, and expensive (pricing is based on your shopify plan, not usage of the app itself-- kinda wild) but support is both responsive and helpful Also they could fix the load times of complex reports, especially for the amount we pay EDIT: their support kindly fixed the loading time issue by restructuring the report, working great now
