The Better Reports app and team have drastically increased our productivity. Their out-of-box reports are great and offer quick and concise reporting. However, it is the customization that helps us the most! Their team is also very responsive and helps prepare the custom reports if required (usually within a day or so).

I use this app to do monthly payout to my vendors and it has been the best app on Shopify for this. Great customer service and resolutions. They are so helpful and the reports are bang on perfect!! I highly recommend this app

I've searched for a long time to find an app that lets me build reports with the descriptions and metrics that i am looking for, add filters etc. as you would with a BI system like Oracle. It also allows you to create your own calculated metrics. The only thing I am missing is a guide that has the definition of some metrics. I am especially interested in finding out how to calculate return rates on quantities.

I've been using Better Reports for a few weeks now and it's really opened up how we can use shopify reporting and immediately added value and insight into our customer shopping trends. The customisation is huge with this App and really breaks down the walls Shopify put up around it's reporting. What's even better, however, is the support. The response time is incredible and the agents are always incredibly helpful and willing to support on anything, even just as simple as navigation or finding the right measure they already have in. They are also happy to help build reports if you are struggling.

We were hesitant to move away from our old desktop POS system to Shopify POS due to the lack of reporting. That was until we found Better Reports. It has a library of stock and custom reports that we needed to make the transition. The scheduling features are also extremely handy. The support has always been very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend Better Reports.

I installed this app because I need to export the costs of Goods Fulfilled. The CS team was very supportive and fast to respond. They created the custom reports I needed for me and helped me get the information I need every day. Very nice people! I recommend!
