Join for the detailed reporting you won't find anywhere else. Stay for the world-class A+ support. BetterReports has been a lifesaver to our medium sized brand and has been more-than worth it.

I wanted a very specific report calculating the total gallons of perfumer's alcohol each customer has bought, so I could stop manually tracking this (there's a legal limit to how many gallons a person can buy per year without a permit). It was a challenging problem, because we sell multiple sizes of alcohol, so the ounces have to be calculated and then converted to gallons. They got it done in two hours. TWO HOURS. Other places, I might not have even heard back that the ticket had been started by then. But not here!

I love this app! The customer service is top notch! I email them with my ideas and both times they got back to me within 10-15 minutes! The reports are super easy to understand and if you want to make your own you can.

Better Reports has been awesome to use so far because their customer service is top notch. I will say the reports are difficult to navigate yourself at first but I have emailed customer and they have responded with the report in under 10 minutes. I even requested help on how to create them myself and they provided me a full video with instructions. Thanks BR!

OMG... Life Changing!! I can do in 3 minutes what it used to take me 30-45 minutes to do using exported sales data and Pivot tables!! The only remaining question is: What am I gonna do with all this free time!!!?

Extremely useful reporting tool, with a maximum of customisation and full support of the Better Report-crew! It helps us analyse our business that otherwise would be difficult.

I always use Better Reports at the end of the year when it is tax time. Their reports are very detailed! I believe it is a little pricey, depending what Shopify plan you have,

Really in depth reports, but the best part is the customer service. They are super responsive and accurate with custom reports!

Super helpful app. So much more robust than Shopify's built-in reports. Easily customizable reports and easy to use. Staff responds quickly and is super helpful. Shout out to Claudia for her great customer service solving our question about a custom report!

This app and its support team are both extremely helpful. It's completely changed the way we pull reports and look at data! The support team responds almost immediately and has never failed to complete a request. They've done everything from building entire reports to creating custom fields to allow us to pull more accurate reports.

We just started trialing Better Reports and so far I'm very happy with the support that we have received. We needed to create a custom report and the agent helping me (Claudia) stayed on and worked on the report until we were satisfied. Good support is so hard to find these days and makes a huge difference. Thank you again Claudia!
