I use this app the custom-build very precise reports. The support team is very helpful The response time is very fast and they have always found a solution to problems

I needed to build a custom report for export to our shipping platform, for orders that were older than 60 days and weren't importing. The support team was extremely helpful and instrumental to me building these quickly.

I use better reports for shopify on a daily basis. The number one reason to choose this reporting is that their customer service will help make custom reports if there is anything that it doesn't have out of the box.

Really good app with exceptional support. Claudia was amazing!! Definitely a must have to automate your shopify numbers.

This app is great, however it does take a little bit of getting used too. The team have been supportive when we needed help and sent us a video to help walk us through. There are heaps of functions to pull your reports through. Thanks a bunch.

This app is a must for anyone needing more detailed reports! Customer service is outstanding! They are very responsive via Chat and Email. Haven't found an issue yet they weren't able to assist with. Highly recommend!

I don't like that we have to pay for more expansive reports within our POS app but the excellent customer service from better reports makes the cost worth it! They are very responsive and have a "yes we can" attitude!

This app gets an A+ from us. We use this app to pull important data from Shopify and Recharge that we'd otherwise be unable to obtain. Their support gets an A+ because they quickly helped us create some new unique reports and showed us how to easily build reports and access the information we need on our own.

Better Reports has a ton of useful report templates. It's also easy to make a custom report. When I run into a snag customer service via chat has been extremely quick and helpful. Thanks!

We use Better Reports nearly daily. The interface could probably be a bit more user friendly, but I'm really pleased with the speed of reports and excellent customer service!

Great app from Better Reports, with their ability to also tailor reporting so you can have even more specific results at just the touch of a button. A great help in many areas of our business, from product sales, to trends, forecasts etc.

The reports a very detailed. You can make your own reports and the tech support is very helpful with advanced reports that might be too complex to make on your own.
