Helps you really harness the power of the data your store holds, a huge improvement on the standard analytics/reports from Shopify. The customer service is excellent and they helped us create a number of custom reports. Highly recommended. The only app that has ever made me want to go and review it!

Better Reports is providing our organization with significant value both in terms of analytics that go way beyond shopify's native reporting limitations and time saved by our staff who used to spend hours cobbling together KPIs and now can do it in minutes. Our business use of shopify plus is quite customized and sophisticated compared to the "out of the box" configuration and we needed a reporting app that can be similarly customized. The app support team is very accessible and willing to help customize more complex reports when needed, although the UI is fairly simple to learn for configuring our own saved reports. Overall this is a great investment offering immediate ROI by providing superior data visualization to drive strategy at a higher level, as well as enabling increased efficiencies.

We use this app for several reporting needs across our company. As somebody with limited Excel experience, BetterReports makes creating an incredibly customized app a breeze. I've had the pleasure with working directly with their team (shoutout to Keanna) to create a custom filter for a report as well, which is going to save me a ton of time in the long run.

We run our company off analytics, we run and analyze reports daily, weekly, and monthly. There were a lot of reporting we needed that weren't able to be ran in Shopify analytics. Not only does this application have the reports we've been longing for, but there's we can automate and schedule reports to be ran down to the day and time it is ran which saves our team a ton of time.

Best reports app out there. first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis. second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.
