I love this app because it can provide everything from pre-built, ready-to-present reports or I can dig into the raw data and utilize this in other tools/templates for planning. We have been using it for almost 2 years and have continued to be excited about how easy it is to get to the data we need. Their customer service is also fantastic - quick to respond and so personable in helping you solve any issue that may arise.

This app has helped us tremendously with getting the reports that Shopify doesn’t offer. Their customer service has been some of the best that we have ever received. They respond promptly to any message that is sent and they are eager to help. If they don’t already have what I need amongst the many reports they already have set up in the application they will create what ever you need. Shopify could learn a thing or two from “Better Reports” If you have a Shopify store you really should automatically sign up for this app. I just hope and pray they don’t raise the price and make it unaffordable. Without “Better Reports” we would have to search for another POS system. We certainly hope Shopify knows what an asset this company is to them. Sending a huge THANK YOU to everyone there at “Better Reports” The only recommendation we have would be for them to change their name to “Best Reports” Again, thank you for being such a great addition to our team.

Highly recommend you download this app for data exports of any kind because even if the report you want is not a template (even though they have 1000+ to choose from), it can be in 5 minutes from you asking! And the customer support (Keanna is who helped us) is amazing!!!!!! I was in a hurry to switch our data applications because the other one just wasn't cutting it or giving us what we needed (which you think would be a simple report), but they couldn't do it, and after 2 weeks of agonizing, I finally decided to search for another app that could save me tons of time. Better Reports made the report we wanted within 5 minutes of downloading the app and emailing them. FINALLY, I can just export what I need and use it. Thank you so much, Keanna and the team. We really, really appreciate it! Great work!

This app and its reports have very quickly assisted us in views on fulfillment, inventory and sales that took a lot of manual work, previously. The best part is how responsive the team is when we ask questions or need assistance with a report. I highly, highly recommend. We use daily.

We've been using this app for a few years now. It's very customizable and we use it for everything from fraud review reports, late order reports, a variety of sales trackers, and ad hoc investigations when something is looking a little unusual on our end. My only complaint is that when trying to customize a report, sometimes certain attributes aren't available to select in one report, but are available in another. As I often pull up a default report first and then modify it according to my specific needs, sometimes this can be a pain. Fortunately, Better Reports support is great and they will quickly add missing attributes to reports, or create custom attributes as needed if you reach out to them. Today, they just helped us out with a custom date range filter which is super helpful. We've never not been able to successfully build a report we needed or wanted with Better Reports. Great app!

I have been searching for the means to create analyses that will allow for extremely precise reports to be generated, and only when specific parameters are met. This app takes the cake - their customer service was incredibly engaging, extremely helpful, and surprisingly thorough in helping me implement some of my first reports. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a need for precision breakdown of data as well as the ability to schedule out reports to multiple recipients.

Best app in Shopify hands down. What sets this app apart from the rest is the level of support you get from the developers. There hasn't been one custom request that they have not been able to customize for me. If you are in need for in-depth reports or something more than the built in Shopify reports dont hesitate to get this app. THANK YOU!!

Better Reports turns what is a good POS system from Shopify into a GREAT POS system. Without it we would not have access to the kind of detailed reports that we need to run our retail business. The support is also second to none!

The customer service for this app is outstanding and they were very helpful with every question I had and made me custom reports which I was not able to make myself! I would highly recommend this app and the customer service are very kind and overall just fantastic, they will help you with any question you have. This app also has a wide range or reports and allows you to create your own reports to suit your needs. Thank you for all your support Better Reports! :)

By far the best data analysis tool I have used with Shopify. What's more I am still in the trial and was given immediate support, within minutes. I asked if a custom report was possible and they answered by producing the exact report for me. Tiia was great. Thanks guys I will be subscribing

We use this app across multiple stores, and it has proven to be an extremely flexible and reliable reporting tool. One of the key benefits for us has been the ability to sell in Yen while also displaying a secondary custom field that shows the USD cost of each item. This feature has allowed us to generate exactly the type of sales reporting we need. We've also used this reporting tool multiple times to trouble-shoot some of the integration issues we've faced between Shopify and our financial systems. Their support team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They are always willing to help with customizations, only limited by the capabilities of Shopify itself. Overall this app has been an invaluable addition to our Shopify platform, giving us a powerful and customizable reporting solution.
