We have had a great experience with Better Reports when we switched our POS over to Shopify they were a huge help in setting up our automated reports. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for more detailed reporting.

We use this app for several reporting needs across our company. As somebody with limited Excel experience, BetterReports makes creating an incredibly customized app a breeze. I've had the pleasure with working directly with their team (shoutout to Keanna) to create a custom filter for a report as well, which is going to save me a ton of time in the long run.

Great, quick support to make custom reports but even better, to at the same time show you how to do it yourself the next time.

Better Reports has much more helpful information for us to run reports for paying sales tax and comparing monthly sales. The support is amazing too - very responsive, quick and helpful!

We run our company off analytics, we run and analyze reports daily, weekly, and monthly. There were a lot of reporting we needed that weren't able to be ran in Shopify analytics. Not only does this application have the reports we've been longing for, but there's we can automate and schedule reports to be ran down to the day and time it is ran which saves our team a ton of time.

Best reports app out there. first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis. second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.

I use this app to handle all of my reporting and analytics. It is much more granuar than Shopify. would love to see more data visualization options like with looker

Amazing customer service!! ...which is a major plus when dealing with financial reports. Their response is always very quick. And not to mention their reports can literally do any combination of reporting that you need to pull. They are always happy to help you create the reports you need if you're not able to do it on your own. Love them!
