Better Report has really improved our shop. They set-up many custom reports for us for us to help track customers buying habits. They can pretty much measure anything and once the report is built you can run it whenever you want. This is helping us to tailor offerings to certain customers. We now know if a customer purchases x then they are likely to buy y. This helps us target promotions. My recommendation would be to take advantage of the 14 day free trail. Ask the support team (they are very responsive) to make your dream report and see how you like it! Nothing but good things to say about this app and team.

This is a very useful addon for analytics and reporting. We needed some more detailed custom reports and their customer service was excellent and fast. Helped us setup custom fields to pull out order receipt metadata which were not initially available.

I used this app to get a report by state, to simplify paperwork necessary for business license renewal, and tax filing. Keanna Driedger really came through for me, by creating a custom report for me!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This app provides much more powerful reporting than the native Shopify functionality. They are also very helpful in generating custom reports to help parse your sales data. I'd recommend giving them a try.

The Better Reports app has made our whole team happy. This app has the highest ROI for the monthly cost. The customer support was incredible in helping set up a custom report for accounting. Great app. There hasn't been a report that I haven't been able to run with Better Reports. I also prefer this to having to upgrade my Shopify plan to see a few more reports. Definitely would recommend it.
