The APP is very powerfull. We are no report designers and we received all the necessary support (and more), very quick, professional and adequate. A lot of standard reports, but the real power reveals making custom reports. Untill know everything we needed is possible. So when you're looking for a powerfull and especially flexible reporting tool, this is the one.

I use this app for all my reporting for almost 2 years. It's reliable, flexible and very easy to use. Honestly, the best reporting app I came across so far. On top of that, the team at Better Report is absolutely legends. They are super responsive and always have a solution! Definitely recommend using! !

Better Reports is not only an amazing and super useful App. They have the absolute best customer service. Fast, helpful and supportive response. If I could give them more stars I would They respond quickly and comprehensively and work tirelessly to get the customized reports doing exactly what we need.

I was unable to even use this app. Every time I clicked the app it just kept refreshing the page and saying server error. But every other app on my Shopify works. This app looks good, but I wasn't able to even try it because of this glitch.

A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.

Great app, and most importantly, impressive customer service. Just ask whatever you need and they'll make you happy! The interface isn't the nicest but it works well, and that's the important part. Totally worth the money.

We needed a way to filter sales by customer tag and with a couple of clicks we were able to generate the report we needed and save it for quick access. It's a great solution for us.

Absolutely great app. It makes a lot of things easier for us. Every shop owner will get to the point where he needs this app. The customer service is fast and can do many customizations. Better Reports allows me to extract data out of Shopify that would otherwise be inaccessible. It has allowed me to make data based decisions, and makes up for Shopify's very limited reporting capabilities. I am able to automate reports that feed Google Sheets, and from there I can use data visualization tools to better display data. The icing on the cake is that Better Reports customer service is always quick and extremely helpful! I'd highly recommend this tool!

This app has made running reports a breeze. I spent hours trying to create a custom report and was unable to do so. I emailed customer service and received a response with a link for the report I needed the following day. A+ service.
