Quick Response from their Customer Care Team and can pretty much create any report you may need if Shopify lets them have the API! I find using Better Reports very easy!

Great app, incredible customer service. This app is a game changer for restocking our store, and it makes it super easy to re-order stock, too. I'm sure there are a ton of other things I'll use it for in the near future, too. Love it.

This app makes reporting out of Shopify possible, and intuitive. Anything beyond basic analytics is extremely difficult to pull natively out of Shopify. With Better Reports and its easy to use drag and drop style interface, we can pull all the data we need to run meaningful analysis on our store. We've run into a few snags, but support was very helpful in modifying our reports and even adding in some custom fields.

Tons of options. I am still learning my way around setting up the reports but if I have an issue they have the best support, and always quickly provide me detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted to do, and go ahead and set it up for me to see how the end result looks too along with the walkthrough on how they did it, which is a huge help

With Better Reports we are able to pull accurate custom reports that integrate with our other apps on shopify. This app also have several awesome pre made reports you can pull easily.

I needed an app to help me with simple sales reports, Better Reports saved the day - within a few minutes of installing it I had exactly what I needed, plus their customer service is the best. I asked some questions about a custom report and within 30 mins they had set this up for me. Money well spent, couldn't rate this highly enough.

Top notch reporting, customisable in so many ways. The customer service is spot on with communication. The latest report I am running is a table sorted by descending sales order number, with the current inventory and days expected until inventory depleted right next to that. I can then go and order what is hot selling and soon to run out of stock :)
