I really liked this app and it helped pull reports that Shopify should have built into it already- but we upped shopify plans and they tried to up the cost $110/month. Can't justify spending $150/month on just reports.

The app helps us to grow with using data better. Also the customer service is great, they helped us a lot. If we need a special report, they always create new one what we need.

Really quick and knowledgeable customer service team to work with and a good all around app for reporting. There's a lot that Shopify cannot do and they are too busy to look into very specific reporting so this app is a fantastic add on to our store.

When I was waiting to receive new inventory I hates sending potential buyers away with a "Sold Out" message. But this app helped give an alternate action people could take to keep them connected.

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like.
