Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply. Don't hesitate to add this app to your store, you are going to love it!

I used this app to provide additional Inventory, Sales and Cost of goods sold information. I have also used it in the past to get more detail by location. The support is amazing - fast and accurate.

We have been using this APP for a while now and there were some new reports that I needed that were not offered. I emailed them and they promptly responded with a custom report that suited my needs perfectly! Above and beyond customer service!

The team at Better Reports are an absolute pleasure to deal with and, as yet, I've not found anything that I want reporting on that they can't help me with. They respond so quickly and are so helpful it's genuinely a pleasure and a delight that I have this app on my store. It has paid for itself over and over again by me having the ability to look at my data in ways that Shopify can barely do.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.

Very powerful tool with great flexibility in what can be reported on. If you have an understanding of pivot tables it's super easy to use. I also really like that you can schedule exports either via email or automatically (e.g. hourly) to a google sheet (which helps us mash it with GA data and use Data Studio as a visualisation tool). The support is swift and high quality - e.g. if you need to add any custom fields. Great value.

It is an excellent resource with a lot of depth. The staff are very helpful and will write custom queries for you. They can take a while to reply sometimes but when they do I get the feeling they are trying their best to be helpful. The restrictions they encounter are down to Shopify more than Better Reports.

I've used Better Reports for two years. They've been responsive to my questions concerning adding Shopify data elements such as PayPal transaction IDs to their report. I highly recommend this report.

This is the best app to use for generating reports. Their support team is also very kind and prompt with their responses. If you're using a different app to generate reports, you need to switch to Better Reports ASAP.
