BR ‑ Better Reports

Better Reports really is better! We were in desperate need of an app to write custom reporting to satisfy the requirements of several business areas along with something that allowed us to export data and upload it into SAP. This app allowed us to do exactly that. My CTO also worked with their support group, which was responsive and very helpful. The app is extremely easy to use, The reporting data met all of our needs plus gave us ideas for additional reporting. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I have thrown all kinds of questions at them and they always have a fast answer with a perfect solution! 7-8-21 Still loving Better Reports, even after using it for more than a year. It is so useful, robust and their techs are super helpful. 8-31-2022 Still loving this app and it has helped me many times over to trouble-shoot issues in Shopify. I would be lost without it! Support is also fast, reliable and knowlegeable.

This is literally the best and most useful app. The reporting goes beyond Shopify reporting and their customer support is stupendous. I email them almost every week asking for a new report to be written and I hear back within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Their reporting has been a game changer for my company and they work endlessly to fine tune it until it is exactly to my needs. I had tried numerous reports and when I finally stumbled upon Better Apps I felt like a weight had been lifted. We have many sales channels that Shopify does not have a field to capture in their reports. We use tags. Better Reporting allows me to use these tags in my reports so I am now able to run Wholesale, Trade, POS and Online in separate reports without having to move to an entire separate Shopify for each of them. The reports are also incredibly user friendly, I am now able to make my own if necessary but my Customer Service Expert is always there to help me if I need it. Easily the best Shopify reporting app on the market. What's even better is their service -- if you have questions or custom report ideas, shoot them a message and they'll work with you to deliver the report. AWESOME!

This is the one stop do everything you need reporting solution. If you need something crazy like a column containing a substring of one field concatenated with another field - support will build the column for you. Support has been fantastic and quick and comprehensive. I couldn't be happier with this app!

This app does a great job of filling the gaps in Shopify's native reporting tools. The user interface is not super intuitive, but the support is AMAZING - any time I need a report created or modified, all it takes is an email to them and the changes I need are created within a day. SO helpful. Highly recommend this app if you require any degree of comprehensive reporting.

This does everything that I was left wanting from Shopify Reports. It's saved me so much time instead of manually exporting orders and sorting spreadsheets. Their support is also very quick and helpful.

It's exactly what the name says - Better Reports. It's easy to use and was very helpful in getting extremely specific and relevant data for analytics.

Love the app. It fills in a lot of the holes from Shopify to help facilitate sales and inventory analysis. Very helpful staff too when I have questions. I only gave this 4 of 5 stars since I am still wanting to have a report that can show inventory next to sales in the same report. UPDATE: Kritesh at Better Reports came through and I now have the ultimate report for recapping both sales and inventory in one report! Thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this App 100%

We are converting from other apps o the more usable reports available in Better Reports. Better Reports enable more effective analysis of sales, inventory and profit.

I use this app to review how well my product launches perform in the first 2-3 wks. I just started using it but I’m really liking it. It does take a little bit of studying to figure out how to interpret the info but that’s expected with anything new. I like being able to review so many reports for my store. I feel all stores need this app. Though their support is excellent, I do wish they would conduct demos to really get familiar with it because I do like to know what I’m looking at.

Amazing App any store must have! Amazing support too! The app is super helpful and easy to use. Its custom report is really powerful you can pull just any fields the suit your reporting needs. The report schedule is particularly good. The support is amazing! They will help you sort any problems fast and efficient... even if the feature is not yet available. They find ways! Great app. Super easy to use and lots of great insights. Unless you have the highest tiered Shopify plan this is a must for every entrepreneur.

Simple, easy-to-use once you get the hang of it, and it provides me with all of the insights that Shopify does not. Plus, the customer service is amazing and quickly responds to all of our requests for custom features. I can't recommend this app enough!

This is the 3rd reporting app I have tried and it is far better than anything I have used. The customer service is extremely quick and helpful in designing the right report to use. The app is very easy to use yourself as well as I caught on within minutes. Highly recommended.
