Amazing app! I can't recommend this app enough for a great reporting system! After trailing so many other apps that were not meeting my needs, Better Reports was the only that was was advanced enough to meet the reporting needs of a retail business. Clement responded to my emails so quickly and was so helpful in providing ongoing support for everything I needed. Worth every penny!

I can't say enough good things about both the app and the support. This app has made reporting so easy and user-friendly, and a huge part of that is because of the support team. I have, on multiple occasions now, needed custom fields added to the reports and every time, the support team has been so efficient and given me exactly what I was looking for. Rishika and Claudia were so helpful. I can't say enough about how positive of an experience this has been.

We wanted to have better reports than were possible with the Shopify Plan. This app did the trick. The developer also created a custom field for us to report by selected tags. We're ecstatic with how well this works!

The support I have received has been great. This app saves me and my team a ton of time...any way you need to narrow down the numbers - it's there. Also can schedule out reports to show up to you weekly and monthly. Awesome!

This is a MUST have app! You can pretty much get any data out of Shopify by using this reporting app. And the support is awesome!

This app is super helpful and definitely useful for helping to gather end of the quarter/ year reports. What is even better is that I was having a difficult time finding the report I needed. I emailed customer service and not only did they send me what I needed, they sent me an additional custom report via email per my request and updated the option to pull this data in the future in my account! I absolutely find this app to be valuable and worth the monthly fee.

Great report App. I wish Shopify included this, but it is worth the money. Service is GREAT. Clement will take care of you. The reporting tool is very powerful, I haven't come accost a report that this tool couldn't create.

I'm really happy with this App. It provides the reports that Shopify doesn't. And customer is very quick and helpful. Turn around time to my questions has always been that day or early the next. They helped me create a report that gives me the information I need.

I love this app, it's a great work around since Shopify does not offer in depth reporting. I always get a response within 24 hours and they make any changes I need on reports. Great app! definitely recommend if you like digging into your retail business.

Very helpful app, prints every report type you will need! I highly recommend it as Shopify doesn't provide much functionality in reports.

I have been looking for a way to find out how many of my first time purchasers become repeat purchasers and the value that they bring to my business. Better Reports does this with ease. Clement at Better Reports has been fantastic at getting us up and running and always helpful with new queries. Shopify captures a lot of data but doesnt always present it how youd like it, Better Reports does that!

Fantastic app, reports and customer service! After spending way too much time realizing I just couldn't get the info I needed from Shopify, Better Reports helped me in no time. Clement made a couple custom reports for me and I couldn't be happier about the time I just saved and having all my info so perfectly organized in front of me now.

So far this app has been very simple for me to use and customize as needed to fit my business. It is also very fast! Much better than a previous app that I was using!

This app has the best customer service ever! Clement created a few custom reports for me really fast and it was just what I was looking for! I highly recommend this app, to do all the reports where Shopify fails! Just try it, its free to test, you will be pleasantly surprised ;-)

We are so happy to have found Better Apps and Clement! He is so very quick to respond and help us create any reports that we need-cuz we all know the Shopify is lacking good reporting! Better Apps has been a life saver!

I use it anytime we need data that is not immediately available in Analytics. It is powerful and has the potential to be even better with some R&D. It is helpful if you have some background in creating extracts and reports and/or comfort with Excel at an intermediate level but a beginner can create basic reports. I have contacted BR on one occasion and received a response within hours that answered my question.
