The Swiss Army knife of reporting apps. The only holdback is the data that Shopify doesn't release. Great customer service! Well worth the price.

I found this app via a Shopify Masters podcast, it's used by one of the people being interviewed, and I'm so happy to have found it! The reports are clear and easy, they enable important analytics. But best of all, the help promptly and freely given to create a specific custom report (shoutout to Kritesh!) solved a long standing problem in determining the date that the next order is due. I'm in the trial period and will definitely continue.

Great app for Shopify reporting. Customer Support was amazingly helpful in customizing reports. We are using Better Reports rather than upgrading our Shopify package.

This app was the missing piece to our Shopify POS. With full customization of reports, plus a fabulously responsive development team, we are able to get a full swatch of sales, inventory, and financial reports to help us accurately assess our business needs day-to-day and when doing long-term planning. Shopify reports just don't cut it in comparison - worth every penny!

They are really easy to work, quick and responsive. They individually help craft reports that would otherwise only be available by upgrading to Shopify pro. Thankful this app exists.

Not only does the app provide all the reports our company needs and more, the customer service is incredible. Any question or request for help has been responded to within minutes. Just wish there were some reports/edits we could do on our own so we don't have to bother them. :) THANK YOU!

I honestly couldn't run my business without this app. It's not just good for analytics. Any custom view you need to make sense of your customers/orders/products/variants/traffic/etc. IT's ALL THERE!!! Thank you for this amazing reporting tool.

Fantastic support, excellent app. We had to move quickly from our previous host due to server issues and one of our biggest concerns was transitioning reporting. They took care of all of it for us very quickly.

Reporting is light years ahead of Shopify's built in reports. Developers are available to build custom reports to your needs. Literally anything you can think of, they can likely build it. 9 months in and have yet to run into a wall with report requests.

Our business literally grew 10x overnight. Our current systems were not sufficient to calculate how much inventory we needed to buy for all of our SKUs. Without Better Reports, I have no idea how we would have been able to keep all of our products in stock during this period of rapid growth. Thank you Better Reports!

This is by far my top rated app in our Shopify store. Not only is it super easy to use right out of the box, the staff are extremely helpful when you occasionally can't figure something out or need extra help. A++

Works great. Helpful staff that customize and tailor reports to your liking. Much better then the useless stock shopify reports.

We were struggling with the decision to upgrade to a higher plan to get more reporting functionality, but couldn't find out if the reports that we would get at a higher tier of service from shopify would work for us, then the person on the phone from shopify recommended I try out Better Reports. A few minutes after it was installed, it felt like all of our reporting problems were finally solved. Months later and we can still say the same thing. We are so happy with this product and can't wait to see what new features are coming.

Great tool to get relevant data from Shopify (e.g. new vs returning customers) and integrate it in other platforms (e.g. Datastudio) through daily scheduled reports.

Top app. It let's us do so many different things and used across multiple departments in the business. The support team are also great and always eager to provide solutions. Definitely recommend.

I wish I would've found this sooner. So helpful in knowing exactly where our inventor is. I cannot imagine a better tracking app! I'm literally grateful I found it.

BETTER REPORTS INDEED. This app is 100x better than Xporter and 25x better than the native shopify reports. I use this daily about 20 different times for anything I need to know. It allows you to pivot however you want, look across multiple data tables which is AMAZING. and it's FAST -- it generates right in front of you and you don't have to wait forever and a day for it to render. Our whole company is now using it. Also, if you need any custom fields or have questions how to display information, support has been SUPER helpful and pretty quick to respond. This is my new favorite app. I don't know what I would do without it!! Get this app!!!!!
