We use this due to having large amount of SKU's and variations of products. The built in reports are great and if you need anything customized, all it takes is a quick e-mail to support.

So, I sell widgets I make online, wholesale, and at various markets around the country. Reporting is vital to my business, and Better Reports is the only package that has the flexibility, and level of detail that works for my business.

In our 12 years of business, this is the first app/service I have used that has truly blown me away! This app comes HIGHLY recommended. It is SO easy to use, works flawlessly and comes with support that is totally unheard of... seriously, I have never seen anything like it. For our business, this app is essential, and the value we get from it is well worth it.

Great app, helps me look at monthly sales by product as well as cost of inventory which is something that should have been included with Shopify. Clement is super helpful and very quick with response. He helped to customise my reports so I can get a better idea of what $ value of my goods and sales, which gave us the insight into how to sell better. Highly recommend.

This app is exactly what we needed since moving over to shopify. We have a team that connects with customers over the phone (that's right, still making phone calls) and to track their progress. Clement is extremely helpful with any question or help you will need to build a report. Very Helpful!

We have used Better Reports since we launched our stores on Shopify 2+ years ago. Initially we were testing with another Reporting app, but it was too limiting in the number of users and reports, not to mention functionality. We're so glad we found this app! Customer Service has been superb. They're always responsive to any inquiry. Recently Kritesh went above and beyond to create a custom field for us in order to address a Shopify shortcoming. We highly recommend.

Clement is nothing short of amazing in all he does to help ensure you get what you need from Better Reports. He goes way above and beyond to help with all reporting and is so quick to respond. I absolutely love this app and the customer service provided. It's the first app I find that can do the in depth reporting I need for COGS. No other app could pull reports based on TAGS the way I needed.

This app has finally allowed me to pull the complex reports I was not able to do through Shopify or any other apps. Not to mention the high level of customer support in helping us create the reports that were needed. I couldn't possibly recommend this app more. Fantastic!

Better Reports handles customizable reporting better than any other app we have tested or trialed. Our team has been utilizing this app for 5+ years now, across our marketing, product, and fulfillment teams. Loading times are fast, data exports are consistent, and the team has always been responsive and friendly. The only data limitations we've ever encountered here are from the Shopify API itself. We'd highly recommend this app to other Shopify Plus stores looking for accurate and in-depth reporting.

Great customer service working with Clement to create a custom report for us! We make custom wedding and event garland and most of our orders are booked weeks and months in advance of the shipment date. We needed a solution to list all future order ship dates. Sorting orders by the order date did not help as we needed to pull order attributes from each order that held the actual future ship or local pickup date. Clement was able to help us with creating a report with all upcoming ship and pickup dates sorted on one report. Thank you!

Absolutely excellent app and incredible customer service. I had a query regarding a custom report required for my business's accounts and the Clement got back to me that same day with a solution. Would recommend to anyone on Shopify.

I have contacted support several times to see if it would be possible to create a report unique to my business. I got quick responses with a new feature added, achieving exactly what was needed. This kind of service is nearly unheard of in my experience. 100% download Better Reports, if you need super detailed reporting. Thanks!
