Great app. Simple to set up. I was up and running in a few minutes and it has saved me loads of time with reporting and accounting.

We've used the Better Reports app since 2021. It's great. Additionally, the BR customer service team has gone over and above each time we've had a special report request or app adjustment. They're a pleasure to work with every time.

Better reports is a good app for Shopify. When reaching out for help with a report, customer service for this app was quick to respond, which was extremely helpful. I guess I rate this app a 3 because I don't feel like this is the easiest app to use in creating reports for what our company needs. Hopefully the more we use it, the easier it is to use and to create new reports.

I've downloaded this app on all my Shopify stores/clients for two reasons - the flexibility, and the customer service. I always hear back on my inquiries same day and often with multiple solutions. Great tool!

This company is the best of the best. Response times are very fast. Everyone on staff is a delight. The custom reports they have done for our company have been a game changer. Highly recommend them. I have never been disappointed.
