We've been using BiteSpeed for our WhatsApp automation and it's honestly made a big difference. The interface is simple to use, and setting up flows for abandoned cart recovery, reviews, and order updates was super smooth. What I really appreciate is how responsive their support team is. They actually take the time to guide you when you're stuck. Our engagement on WhatsApp has gone up since we started, and we’ve seen a clear bump in conversions too. Definitely worth it if you're serious about D2C growth through WhatsApp.

I have had a great experience with Bitespeed. The team is super helpful and proactive too. I have seen an immense uplift and sales using Abandoned Cart and Marketing for Whatsapp. This app is easier to use and integrate as compared to WebEngage and MoEngage.

We got onboarded to bitespeed for our chatbots on both instagram and meta. The transistion of this was very clean and there was no issues. A great team if any help is required. They help instantly and resolve any issues in the fastest way possible. Taking about the app, its a very clean dashboard and the support inbox has added features compared to other integration tools. Thanks to Annika Garg from the bitespeed team for this seamless transistion and helping us out on any issues that we faced.

Bitespeed is a great app for retention marketing. It’s easy to use and has really helped us reach out to our customers on WhatsApp. The analytics is also equally good. The support team is very helpful and always quick to respond. Only downside is the pricing , it’s quite high and could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses. But overall, it’s a very useful tool.

We’ve been using Bitespeed for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. It makes managing customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger so seamless. The interface is clean, super intuitive, and doesn’t require a steep learning curve—which was a big plus for our team. Thanks to our POC Ayush Verma, for wonderful experience. What really stands out is the automation. Setting up flows for abandoned cart reminders, order updates, and welcome messages was incredibly easy, and we’ve seen a noticeable boost in engagement and conversions since we started using it. We've had a great experience with Bitespeed so far. The setup was quick, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage campaigns and track performance. Compared to our previous setup with Salesforce, Bitespeed works much more smoothly with Shopify — we had frequent integration issues with Salesforce, but those are gone now. The automation tools for WhatsApp marketing, abandoned cart recovery, and customer segmentation have helped us significantly increase engagement and sales. We also appreciate the omnichannel approach, letting us reach customers through WhatsApp, email, SMS, and push notifications — all from one place. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance, and the team regularly rolls out updates with new features, keeping our marketing efforts fresh and effective. We're also using Bitespeed alongside tools like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp API, Judge.me, Stamped, Loox, and Yotpo — and everything integrates well.
