I feel like Blanka and us go way back even further than the last 6 months since we launched. We've gone through a ton of internal transition from approach, to external partners, and focus. The one thing that has stayed constant is the truly VIP service we get from Beck and the entire company. I've had a chance to meet on several occasions with Kaylee and hear her vision and passion for her company first hand which makes this such as great partnership. As much as Blanka wants to see us grow we have the same level of passion to see Kaylee, Blanka, and her entire team grow and reach their aspirations. Even when we went through some rough external situations, Beck and the Blanka team reassured me they could assist and they did. They are extremely responsive, thoughtful, and always seek to provide education and insight. They have been extremely open to feedback and have always listened to my concerns, no matter how petty at times, with an open mind towards seeking a solution. We are truly happy with everything thus far and are excited about the future!

If I could give this team 10 stars, I would. I was having trouble creating my logo in the correct format, and John and his designers are going above and beyond to help me get it done right. I really want to sell these products with my brand on them. They understood my every concern and are working diligently to help me resolve this issue. Their support is top-notch. Never encountered a support team like this. Plus, I don't think John ever sleeps. 9 times out of 10 when I reached out to him, he quickly got back to me no matter the time. I wish my other apps had support like this. Keep up the good work!

I just signed up recently but haven't launched my store yet. Here are the things I really like so far: 1. Customer service is literally 20 stars (thanks John!) 2. I love the idea of the brand plate for consistent, professional quality logo printing 3. Every product can be branded, as well as individual product boxes 4. Monthly app fee is reasonably priced 5. 3-5 business day North American shipping Here are the things I think they could improve on: 1. 5-9 business day printing time is too long. Higher paid tiers should receive priority service 2. Color options are very limited for many products 3. Many makeup items are made in China. Their website is misleading in that regard (it says the products are made in North America). You don't even know unless they send you a 'product info list' 4. They don't have individual color swatches. They keep discontinuing colors so swatch photos are inaccurate as a result (they only have color swatches shown on an arm). I was told their design team is too busy to make updates to photos 5. There's no way to import all color options as a single listing. So every single color is a separate listing 6. They don't have a list of color undertones and to put a color finding quiz on your website is $199 US

The products Blanka provide are amazing, i just got my first inventory order and the print is really beyond my expectations. Communication is very good, they respond in time and are able to respond to your requests at any time and do the best for you, especially Beck, she is amazing and very friendly, such a good person! I see that they are very willing to help you grow your brand, I would suggest you to use Blanka as your supplier and print!

I would definitely recommend this app. They always answer your questions in a timely manner. They are even patient with creating your brand label. My sample products arrived within the timeframe given.
