We have been working with BlendAi for 5 months after leaving a very expensive Performance Marketing Company. I love the platform, which is very easy to navigate and gives you instant data at your fingertips. The Blend team feel like an extension of your own internal team, and I love that they are open to listening and working with you. Highly recommend

Disappointing Experience as a Returning Customer I previously used Blend AI and, to be fair, the results I achieved with the platform were better than those I experienced with several other agencies. That's exactly why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my experience trying to rejoin has been disappointing. When I contacted the team about reactivating my account, I was quoted US$5,000 per month in management fees. This figure appeared to be significantly different from the pricing publicly advertised on their website. I reached out via both email and live chat asking for a simple explanation of why my quoted price differed so substantially from the advertised pricing. I wasn't looking for a discount. I simply wanted transparency and a written explanation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate professionally, I have not received a response addressing my questions. Being ignored after asking for clarification has been the most frustrating part of this experience. It's disappointing because my intention was genuinely to return as a customer. I believed in the product based on previous results, but transparency and communication are just as important as performance when choosing a long term partner. I hope Blend AI improves its communication with prospective and returning customers, especially when pricing differs from what is publicly advertised. A straightforward explanation would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the sales process due to the lack of transparency and follow up, despite previously having positive results with the platform itself.

I've used Blend for a couple of years now, but it's only in the last month or so that I have fully committed to it and not run any campaigns directly myself in other platforms. The team at Blend were always telling me that we won't be able to get proper optimisation of campaigns with this split model, but I was just too scared to let go of what I had previously been doing. Well, I'm really glad that I finally listened to them and gave it a go, because as soon as I did, ROAS was tremendous! Obviously there are so many factors aside from ads in a sales funnel including website optimisation and the product and offer) but I do believe that this system is very very powerful for getting the ads in front of the right right eyeballs. I've also had truly great support from the team at Blend (shoutout to Gal, Darya, and Bailey). The customer service is really exceptional and personal. I guess my final takeaway is that the system works and the learning compounds in quite an impressive way. Big fan.

We let it run for 6 weeks on our Google ads account. After $2k in costs we got ZERO sales from the Blend generated and managed ads on Google. It may work for someone else, but for us, we couldn't see any of the claims coming true so uninstalled it. We do get sales from our Meta ads, so "it's not us".

There are a few “similar” tools out there, but Blend, one of the first is still the best. The others are just cosmetic where Blend has proper tech under the hood. Blend is literally the only marketing and campaign tool that reports accurate data - then the fact it uses it for your business to slay is awesome. Do not hesitate to invest in your ecom future with Blend Managing the results. Their only KpI is making you money.

Switching to Blend has completely transformed our business. Before, agencies recycled the same ads, targeted the same audiences, and pushed us into endless price-off promotions to get sales. Now, we have full visibility and control. We’re selling more full-price products with better margins, and their AI targeting has noticeably lifted our conversion rates. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate - we upload our own creatives, track sales in real time, and adjust campaigns instantly without battling Google or Meta’s clunky interfaces. Blend’s team was incredibly hands-on during onboarding, but now we confidently manage everything ourselves knowing they’re there when we need them and support is only a message or call away. This is hands down the best marketing investment we’ve made in years, we can't recommend the team enough.

I've changed it to one star due to the reply below. I wouldn't worry about quick wins and just focus on any win at this stage. I split tested ads on blend and in ads manager. Blend doesn't come close, same ads, same time frames. No results. Meetings were constantly cancelled and they will track your store even after you remove the app as I just recently found out Results are not there Excuses are though Blend is easy to use but the return is just not there. I am getting a 1.7 x ROI with Blend where I am getting 5x that with my own ads. I am using the same creatives and split testing between campaigns but blend just can't get there. If you don't know much about advertising online, this might help set things up for you. But if you do have an understanding of digital marketing, this will not improve things for you. There is a lot of support but it is quite generic, I also had issues with late cancellations of meetings to go over the campaign. It just has not been a great experience on my end and the results just are not there. When you take into consideration the monthly fee and % of ad spend, I will be under a 1x ROAS using Blend. I have to follow the data and continue to work on my own campaigns instead of Blend.

Love this app and seriously like dealing with the team when I have to! They are switched on and responsive. It makes advertising so easy, affordable and controllable for my e-commerce business. Game changer. LOVE IT!!

We used Blend AI for around 18 months, overall the experience was good and their customer service is great. The app is certainly an approach to setting up you campaigns when you have no experience with google ads, facebook, instagram. Only problem we experienced is a rather low ROAS of 1.8 over the 18 months. They did try and work with us to improve it but didn't work. As we only had a smaller ad budget of $2000/mo with their fees our costs were around 20% of that budget, so it was just no viable for the business.

Blend is a great solution for anyone who values peace of mind when running paid ads. The platform makes it incredibly easy to set up and automate campaigns, and it's especially useful if you want to “set it and forget it” without needing to micro-manage every detail. The system delivers reliable results with a decent ROI, and the dashboard is intuitive and beginner-friendly. I also found the team behind Blend to be very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions — they genuinely care about your success. Overall, it's great value for the price, particularly if you're looking for a hands-off approach to ad management.

The customer service for this app is incredible. I feel like it is above and beyond what is expected. I have been using Blend for almost a year, and I am happy with the results. Blend I was sceptical about in the beginning, but it takes the stress away from not knowing hoe to do ads. It means that this can run in the background on its own and gather information that keeps your business running. Blend has been extremely worthwhile for me , sales have more then doubled each day since joining. This was easy to install and I always have updates and someone to answer questions when I need help. I would 100% recommend blend for those in a transition faze as you learn to do ads yourself.
