Blockify is an absolutely essential 5-star app for any Shopify store owner. The interface is exceptionally intuitive and visually clean, making the setup and daily operation incredibly easy to manage. It genuinely simplifies the complex process of protecting our store against fraudulent orders. However, the true standout feature is the customer support. They are remarkably quick, responsive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Any questions I had were resolved rapidly and with clear, helpful guidance. This level of dedicated support, combined with a highly effective and user-friendly tool, makes Blockify an indispensable addition to our e-commerce operations. Highly recommended!

The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions.

Tina was so helpful with an extremely frustrating situation with fraudulent abandoned checkouts. She was the only one who was able to walk me through to make some changes that will hopefully stop the charges

The app is working great and helping with the scammy abandoned carts I was seeing on my store. I also requested some help from the support team and Joyce and Hana were wonderful to work with. The response was quick and thorough. I appreciate the help so much!

My experience right out of the gate was incredible. I had fraudulent orders coming through right after we cancelled them with the same issue. I needed a plug in solution that could remedy the issue fast. This was it and Esther was incredible and quick at doing the work for me. Thank you

Had issues of incoming overseas bots. Jumped on chat to get help on how to block them and Zoe sorted it out within 20 minutes... On a Sunday. Great customer service!

The support from Blockify has been stellar. This team has gone above and beyond in helping me deal with the bots that are constantly causing problems. I am not very techy and had concerns about the changes needed to keep my website safe and secure. Louis walked me thru the entire process w patience and efficiency. Lots of options with this app so you can customize based on the needs of your shoppe and try out many different ways to provide yourself w the protection you need. We had to make a few changes and tweak some things as we went bc the road to blocking bots isn't always clear but he had answers and solutions for me along the way as we problem solved. Honestly, I am very impressed with the team. Quick response time and they aren't in a hurry to end the chat. They take their time and help to problem solve the never ending saga of bots creating abandoned checkouts. I highly recommend this app. (it is amazing to me that Shopify themselves can't help us sort this out!) Thanks for everything! Lisa
