Blockify helped us quickly stop recurring fraud from the same email address that kept placing orders. I am extremely impressed with Blockify and the Omega support team. I recently had an issue where my custom checkout block rules weren't displaying correctly, but their support team (shout out to Florence, Cam, and Enola!) and dev team worked together to fix it within hours. Now, everything is functioning perfectly—from VPN/Proxy blocking to specific phone number and address filters. It has already blocked over 43 suspicious access attempts, giving me great peace of mind while running my store. The best blocking app so far! We've tested multiple spam filter apps on Shopify and Blockify is so far the most convenient and easy to use. The customer service is quick to help as they don't rely on AI (really appreciate apps with human agents!)

I thought the app was not blocking traffic and then opened up the chat with Niel and he walked me through the process and set up and explained the way shopify displays the traffic and that visitors get blocked after entering the site. i will be keeping an eye for the next couple of days and see how everything works out. Im specially excited about the abandonded checkout feature they are rolling out. Really glad for the quick assistance (they responded right away when i opened up the chat)
