Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. He showed me what setting I needed to adjust to avoid this problem while still keeping the site secure. The app works perfectly, just needed some direction on how to set it up correctly. So far, customer support has been good. I haven't seen it in action yet, but I appreciate that someone was available to walk me through set up, and to help me take care of blocking IP addresses, etc.

This app is the BEST choice to protect your store from literally anything, this includes fraud purchases, unwanted visitors. The analytics are very good and full of useful data. And the support agent was so helpful and gave me fast replies. Totally recommend to anyone

I think it has all the necessary to help us protect our business. The chat agent Ben was very patient and extremely helpful. Explanation was very simple and straightforward for me to understand and follow since I am not very tech savvy.
