Causing lost sales for any of our users is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the major impact this has had on your business. The bug you described is our absolute highest priority. An issue that interferes with your storefront's functionality is something we take incredibly seriously, and our development team is investigating this with the utmost urgency. We also want to apologize for the difficulty you had contacting us. This is a failure on our part. We will reach out to you to ask for direct contact line as we want to provide quick assistance to you. In addition, thank you for the feedback on the visitor view changes. We made that adjustment to try and declutter the main dashboard for a majority of users, but we understand from your feedback that removing the ISP from the main view has negatively impacted your workflow. We are taking this feedback to heart and will be re-evaluating the design in our next development cycle. We understand your frustration and your decision to leave a 1-star review.
