fast response and deep understanding from Cam, I recommend Blockify cuz it helped me a lot to understand my sessions progress, and to avoid risk.

I'm not really sure about the app at this point. I just know that my chat with NIEL was great. He had so much patience with me because this is definitely not my forte and he stayed with me through it all. We'll see how the app works for my needs, I just know it was a pleasant experience, figuring out how to install the app. I'll live with it for a while and see what I can learn as I go along. I installed Blockify after noticing a significant increase in traffic from suspect locations. As someone who's had a few bad experiences with new apps, I was nervous, but Blockify turned out to be straightforward and easy to set up. It took no time at all, and there were no nasty side effects to my store! What I love most is the ability to block specific locations and IP addresses (on the paid plan). These features have been crucial for managing unwanted traffic. Plus, being able to view detailed visitor analytics helps me keep a close eye on everything. I also really like the content protection, which makes it harder for scammers to scrape your images and copy! I'm also impressed with Blockify's customer service. When I needed help, their chatbot quickly connected me with a real person. Cam from their support team was fantastic. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything clearly (without any tech jargon!), and gave me peace of mind about how I had things set up. As a small business owner juggling many responsibilities, having expert support just a message away is invaluable. Overall, I’m impressed so far with Blockify - the extra support to manage my website’s traffic and security is great, and knowing there’s great customer service available if I do run into any issues is reassuring!
