We are based out of India and were suddenly receiving high unusual traffic from Falkenstein, Germany. I came across a review of someone facing the exact same issue too. Cam, from Blockify support resolved the issue within a few minutes of installing the app by helping me helped me create a rule which immediately resolved the issue. Very happy with the support and looking forward to other benefits of this app.

Not only does it do exactly what it claims - the live chat is so quick ! They guided me through my initial set up and answered all my questions. They had great suggestions about how I could achieve what i need in terms of blocking certain locations and allowing others.

This is a great app that has really helped me block bots from my store that were hugely skewing my data. I wasn't always entirely sure how to work things myself, but their customer support is excellent and they always respond really quickly and are super helpful. Have recommended to other business owner too.

Just setup and will have to monitor but within 3-5 mins Cam had my account all setup. Super easy, fast and just got me setup to where I needed for my account

We're under a DDoS attack which thankfully hasn't affected our store but did cause us to incur a $11,000 bill with our SMS provider as the bots were inputting spam phone numbers triggering the sign-up message that we were being charged for. I was advised by Shopify to install this app to prevent VPN traffic from accessing our site, as it seemed it was all UK traffic (we're UK-based). The team at Blockify informed me the attackers were using a VPN & helped me set everything up to prevent the attack. Very pleased with the service & wish I set this up sooner to prevent all these headaches from this attack.

This app works well and tons of cool features. It really works well with blocking bots and other locations you don't expect traffic from to your online store. I appreciate the granularity within the block features. Support is also very helpful in assisting with setup!

Very patient communication and service. For nearly an hour, I asked countless questions, and the customer service helped me answer them one by one. If I encountered something I didn't understand, the customer service would also patiently teach me how to operate it. It's great! Very good application, very thoughtful customer service๏ผ I have never experienced such strong and thoughtful service before. For several days in a row, the customer service and technical team have been helping me solve some minor issues. They are even more patient than I am, and all the problems were perfectly resolved. Not only does this app excel at what it says it will do, but the team worked tirelessly with us when intruders found a way to get around our IP blocks. They had their developer work to create an automatic order cancellation process for fake orders that made it through our defenses. Great app. Outstanding support. I highly recommend it.
