The application works as advertised (one of the few that does). This is essential for our business as we cannot sell our products to residents of particular provinces in Canada. Every time I have had to contact support whatever issue I may be having is resolved quickly and painlessly, and I am also shown how to avoid the issue in the future. This last time I was helped by Vincent, and it took 5 minutes to get everything working properly again. It is also important to note that the issue was not related to the app itself, but rather how its functionality was set up. I recommend this app to anyone who needs a redirection or ip blocking feature on their website.

If you are looking to stop a bot, this app works. Their support is fast and friendly. I have engaged them multiple times and they have helped me with my issues every single time. I don't rate many apps but this one has to become the best app for bots. The price is also way better than the competitor bot apps. I spoke with Andy, Tracey and Amey and they have all been awesome.

They help us block even the VPN and other scamming tools that the scammers are using in our store. Joy even added an extra script to our store for an extra protection layer. Thank you so much! We get hit with card testers everyday, shopify does absolutely nothing to prevent this. Ive tried a few 3rd party aps and Blockify is the only one that has helped. Its not perfect but does help when no other aps ive tried have helped at all.

Best blocker app in shopify app store. Helped us a lot with DDOS attach and phishing attack during sale period. They have auto vpn tracker which blocks the page if vpn is used to place order so no more flags from the payment gateway and customer service is always great.

The app is great, and the customer support is responsive. It helped us minimize the fraud orders, it's not totally removed. But they have a new updated feature to solve this issue and hope it will work better! I appreciate the guys responsiveness and patience to solve my problems.
