We get hit with card testers everyday, shopify does absolutely nothing to prevent this. Ive tried a few 3rd party aps and Blockify is the only one that has helped. Its not perfect but does help when no other aps ive tried have helped at all.

When my store encountered a large number of high-risk orders, Blockify worked very hard to help me solve these problems. I think every store needs to be protected by such an app.

Best blocker app in shopify app store. Helped us a lot with DDOS attach and phishing attack during sale period. They have auto vpn tracker which blocks the page if vpn is used to place order so no more flags from the payment gateway and customer service is always great.

The app is great, and the customer support is responsive. It helped us minimize the fraud orders, it's not totally removed. But they have a new updated feature to solve this issue and hope it will work better! I appreciate the guys responsiveness and patience to solve my problems.

The team over at Blockify has been pretty amazing. They go out of their way to help 24/7, even with the most complex and wild scenarios they have delivered results that helped my company. Totally recommend it. I encoutered two problems. One was totally on my side (the IP address that i found on my pc turned out not to be my actual IP address). The other one had to do with the integration into the theme of my website, which was quickly fixed. Customer service was a warm and rewarding experience: very swift response time, patient, friendly and capable. The app does now exactly what I need it to do.

So far the app works well, and Tracy was helpful in answering my questions. Just in one say sucks that all VPNs get blocked because not everyone who uses them are out to do bad things. But it's probably hard to detect if a VPN will be malicious so that's why they just block all of them.

Super fast customer help! I installed the app but was having difficulties figuring out a particular feature. The team responded within a minute or two of me sending them a message, and immediately helped clear the error that was happening on the backend. If you're like me, the ability to get fast, reliable help with an App is one of my highest concerns when purchasing an App. And this App definitely meets that with 5 stars.
