I am about to start trialling this App after being referred to it by Shopify. I had some initial questions and have spent time today in online chat with Joyce. Great assistance. Clear, good advice for what to do next, how Blockify can help and why it will be good for my business moving forward. From the very beginning, the experience was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Vincent who made it really easy for us to get set up with Blockify. He also knew how to breakdown everything very simply so that it was easy to understand. Would definitely recommend Blockify over others!!

I'm 62 years old and already getting bots messaging me and my store is not even open yet. I contacted Shopify and they recommended this App for help. I'm in the US and it's afternoon here and I contacted Blockify. To my suprise they were wating for my message and replied immediately even though it is midnight there. Tif checked my settings and made sure he could not get into my store from his area. He also proved fast, friendly and knowledgable service. I'm hoping this app is just what I need to keep the scammers and bots away. Stay tuned. I will update my review after a few months of using it. So far, loving it.
