Not only does this app excel at what it says it will do, but the team worked tirelessly with us when intruders found a way to get around our IP blocks. They had their developer work to create an automatic order cancellation process for fake orders that made it through our defenses. Great app. Outstanding support. I highly recommend it.

I had an insane amount of traffic coming from Falkenstein, Germany for days. It was concerning. I read on a Shopify forum of others having the same issue and that Shopify was doing nothing about it. One post mentioned using Blockify to block traffic coming from Germany so I gave it a try, reached out to Blockify support and got instant help from Louis. He blocked all traffic, and it was just installed today so I'm hoping it works!

Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. He showed me what setting I needed to adjust to avoid this problem while still keeping the site secure. The app works perfectly, just needed some direction on how to set it up correctly. So far, customer support has been good. I haven't seen it in action yet, but I appreciate that someone was available to walk me through set up, and to help me take care of blocking IP addresses, etc.
